Key to the course is the in-depth exploration of the daily roles and responsibilities of POs and PMs in the Agile Release Train (ART). Participants learn to foster a customer-centric approach, crucial for creating products that resonate with market demands. The training covers a variety of essential topics, including crafting epics, features, and stories, prioritizing, and building products, and enhancing productivity and quality in product delivery.
The course structure is interactive, offering both live and self-paced components, adaptable to various learning styles. Attendees engage in hands-on activities, such as role-playing the daily tasks of POs and PMs, mastering PI Planning, and breaking down complex epics into actionable stories. The format includes in-person and live remote options, catering to diverse geographical and scheduling needs.
Targeted primarily at aspiring or current product managers and product owners, this course is a gateway to understanding SAFe principles in-depth.
